Modern Health's data team is growing rapidly, and we're looking to bring a Marketing Data Analyst onto the Business Analytics team within the Data Org. We are looking for someone who can bring technical expertise and keen cross-functional business instincts to the Marketing team as their domain expert within Analytics.
In this role, you will identify which metrics matter and how to measure them, align those definitions across the company, implement them in our database, and report out via Looker.
You will take ownership of, iterate upon, and enhance key Marketing Influence and Attribution data models and Looker dashboards. You will work closely with the Go-To-Market teams to evaluate the effectiveness of our marketing initiatives, and meet regularly with VP level leaders to share findings and recommendations in order to drive business decisions. In addition to instrumenting the business, you will utilize all datasets across Modern Health to unblock any stakeholder in need of data and automate operational reports when possible. Lastly, you will keep an eye out for opportunities and own strategic analyses end-to-end, including developing the hypothesis, performing the analysis, and recommending and driving stakeholder action.
